Shipping & Policies

Once an item is ordered you item will ship within 2 business days.

Build a box is available for VIP members.

Returns are accepted. Item must be shipped back on the cost of the client. Item must arrive undamaged and refund will be issued upon inspection. 25% restocking fee on ALL returned items.

Shipping is non refundable.

Any items that are broken or damaged in transit will be dealt with upon individual basis. Pictures and communication are required as we will have to work with the shipping company as all packages are insured.
